Many IPS come from "GBA No Intro" Dat.
The MOST usefull tool : GBATA 0.7.
To see infos from a rom : GBAhv 0.93 on peitschi.subport.org.
To correct roms : GbaGDM 0.7 on www.gbagdm.fr.st.
To apply/create ips files : SMARTIPS.
An other tool : f.a.t v8.
Notice : an IPS patch only concerns files witch have exactly the same size, check in OL to find the correct size (8 Mbit = 1 MByte).
So don't ask for an IPS from a file that has not the correct size because it is impossible to make one.
